Back door needed replacement. No flashing used so rim joist needed repalced too.

Wind downburst blew a silver maple onto the house. We were away. Margo and Grover secured the house and captured the leaks. 

One of the best decisions - to encapuslate and clean up the crawl space

Used expanded steel shelves from a greenhouse supply store to create these overhead storage units. I ran 2 x 6 boards across rafters in attic and ran the all-thread through them. Bolted them in place and so far so good.

Kitchen remodel, took a couple of weekends and without the constructive comments from friends and neighbors, it would not have looked this good.

Picked up these closet kits on ebay for half price. These are John Lewis Closets aka Allen and Roth at Lowes. John Lewis was selling seconds on ebay for half price. Great deal, didn't even find real blemishes. Bough 2 kits for the master bedroom and 2 sets for the closets downstairs.
